Mathemagician TEDtalk

One of my favourite TED talks is by a math professor named Arthur Benjamin. He can do amazing math-magic tricks and I was lucky enough to see him live a couple of years ago at a math conference. He has a new talk about a special pattern called Fibonacci numbers that goes nicely with what we are learning about patterns right now. Enjoy!

  1. WOW! This is a wonderful video! Me and my mom found it amazing that it also goes with our unit in patterning and a bit of measurement : perimeter and area! I mostly find Fibonacci numbers in nature! P.s when will learn about integers ? Just asking!
