Math Mania

We opened our math kit and shared what we know about using manipulatives to improve our learning. Students use the iPad and Apple TV to present their group work.

  1. Wow! What an amazing class. I have been inspired to use this great math lesson with my Grade 5 class at Brock. Keep up the great work and I can't wait to read more of your blog. By the way, what's in those paper bags? Students in 5L have them, too...

  2. Thank you for taking the time to read our blog and to comment. The brown paper bags (Me-in-a-bag)were to get our classmates to know more about us. They contained items that represented us and we shared with the class using the Apple TV. What were the brown paper bags used for in your class?

    1. Wow...we also used the brown paper bags to get to know one another. Of course, I had some tea and a miniature Severus Snape inside mine! We had a great manipulative mania lesson today in class thanks to the wonderful work your students shared on your class blog. Thank you, 6P for inspiring others. Happy learning!
